Damaged Products: If your cannabis products arrive damaged, please report the issue within 24 hours of receipt. Damage conditions that qualify for a refund or replacement include:
- Broken Packaging: Packaging that is torn, crushed, or otherwise compromised, affecting the product’s integrity.
- Spilled or Leaked Products: Cannabis oils, tinctures, or concentrates with leaks or spills due to compromised containers.
- Physical Damage: Cannabis flower that is excessively crushed, fragmented, or otherwise physically degraded.
- Contamination: Evidence of foreign substances or mold that indicates the product was compromised during handling or shipping.
We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process your request. Timely reporting is essential to expedite resolution.
Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your cannabis products, such as unusual flavor, potency issues, or other concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess your feedback and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted based on the specifics of your concern.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or Used Products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for cannabis products that have been opened or used.
Final Sale Items: Products designated as final sale are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refund Process

Review: We will review your refund request and may ask for additional information or documentation. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the actual credit may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Instructions
